Yes! Most people drive less than 40 miles per day. If you drive that distance as well, you may charge your vehicle at home and/or work every day (or every other day depending on your car’s range) you should have adequate charge to make a round trip or two.
Rich has a good answer, but I’d like to explain how I avoid range anxiety. It’s all about under estimating the real range of your car. For example, my 92 mile per day round trip commute averages me 4.5 miles per kilowatt hour. So when charging, I instead calculate how much charge I’ll need at a rate of 3.0 miles per kilowatt hour. That’s an underestimation of 33%. This works without issue and will be a life saver if you end up having to use your headlights, windshield wipers, or heat/AC during your commute.
