Porsche is continuing to implement its performance-focused hybrid strategy with the new Cayenne E-Hybrid plug-in. With a powerful 3.0L V6 engine and 516 lb-ft of torque, the drive of the Cayenne enables acceleration from 0 to 60 mph in 4.7 seconds and a top track speed of 157 mph. There are a wide range of drive modes to meet specific needs from all-electric to high performance driving. These include the "Sport" and "Sport Plus" modes, as well as the new "E-Power" (electricity alone), "Hybrid Auto" (most efficient), "E-Hold" (save charge for later), and "E-Charge" (gas-generated charging).

New features include massaging seats, a heated windshield, a head-up display, and 22-inch wheels. Many exterior and interior features are customizable. Enhanced Porsche Communication Management (PCM) serves as your control center for audio, communication, and navigation functions, standard in all E-Hybrid models. It features a high-resolution touchscreen display with integrated proximity sensor.

The Porsche Connect app for your smartphone or Apple Watch® allows you to transfer navigation destinations and calendar events to your Porsche. It also lets you view important information about your E-Hybrid, including all-electric and combined range, the current charge status of the lithium-ion battery, and remaining charge time.  Porsche prides themselves on design and detail, which can be seen down to the threads on any model.
